How To Become a Member of Our Great Family:
Simply complete and submit the application below and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Once the application is approved you will be sent to TFPD for fingerprinting and a background check. After this is all approved you will be asked to attend the monthly meeting and you will be sworn in.
Once you have been approved, new members will have the opportunity to complete the Emergency Medical Responder or Emergency Medical Technician training program offered at several locations around Monmouth County. All training is free of charge to squad members. All members are also encouraged to participate in various continuing education programs and training drills. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to help the community.
Our TFEMS Family consist of New Jersey State, & National Registry Certified EMTs, EMRs, and First Responders. These members have gone through a rigorous training program to learn how to properly care for our patients.
We are always looking for new members. We provide our members with Free CPR and EMT training, multiple discount programs, scholarships in squad and family-oriented events.
Being associated with the EMS Council of NJ; our members are also eligible for additional EMS Council of NJ Benefits as well as some borough Benefits.
